The Acholi Beads that I'm wearing are handmade in Uganda. Ember Arts works with women from the Acholi tribe to make beautiful jewelry out of recycled paper. The women who make Acholi Beads can now provide food and education for their children and rebuild their homes and families after 23 years of war.
